Cowboys (Event Venue)

Crossroads was purchased out of BK in May 2019. It sits in a capital improvement corridor which TX DOT is investing in new overpasses for the entire intersection. The entire parcel consists of 16.6 acres.

Bradfield Ventures entered into a 15 year lease with the tenant and procured event bookings after getting the owner out of foreclosure. In addition, the partnership is investing up to $2MM to modernize the existing venue.

The covered land play is expected to yield investor’s an 18% annual yield on cost, while the corridor regentrifies for the longer term mixed use development play.
